At American Tiger Martial Arts Academy, Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are designed to improve your overall health and fitness. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, our workout will be custom designed to help you reach your goals!
Our classes are Beginner Friendly! You don’t have to be in shape to start!
Our experienced instructors will help you improve at your own pace. YOUR SUCCESS is our goal! This is not your typical “cardio kickboxing class”. Our members actually, punch, kick, and beat on heavy bags. Besides being a great workout, it’s also a great way to relieve stress at the end of a long day.

That’s not an advertising catch phrase, that’s a fact! Unlike a lot of kickboxing classes that advertise burning 1000’s of calories, they really have no idea how to deliver those results. Our unique Fitness Kickboxing classes are different. We have spent countless hours cross checking our training techniques with the Harvard Health Education department (health.harvard.edu) to ensure we are offering you the most effective workout anywhere! We pride ourselves on making sure our members never get bored with their workout. Our classes utilize light weights, medicine balls, hand targets, and heavy bags to ensure you will always get an exciting new workout.
Unlimited Classes, One Price!
Unlike gyms, yoga studios and personal trainers, our members don’t pay by the class. Our members pay one flat monthly membership and have access to unlimited classes every week. Immediate family members of active students receive a monthly discount!
